I started using Mindful Macro Nutrition Planning in January 2016. In 20 weeks I have lost 20 pounds. I have gone from a size 10 to a size 6, my sleep has improved and I have noticeable increase in energy. Kathryn and Michaela are very supportive and help me find ways for the program to fit into my lifestyle. “I've actually been able to stay away from pop and donuts!”
Mindful Macro has helped me keep track of my food intake. I have set new PRs on my lifts. Since I started Mindful Macro with Kathryn and Michaela, I have been able to stay away from pop and donuts – this wasn't possible a year ago. I guess this is what happens when you associate with highly motivated and fun loving people.
